The main goal of the More than a village project is to create a centralized digital hub that will serve as a bridge between local agricultural producers (family farms) in the City of Buzet and end customers, including local residents, tourists, and visitors.
The platform will enable family farms and other food producers from the Buzet area to present themselves, publish information about their products, and promote them directly. This strengthens the local economy, increases producer visibility, and promotes the region’s authentic gastronomic offer.
Primary goal: Develop a functional and user-friendly web platform primarily designed for promoting the products of local family farms and food producers.
Increased visibility: Enhance the online presence and recognition of participating family farms and local food producers.
Producer networking: Create a digital tool that facilitates communication and collaboration among local producers.
Connecting with customers: Provide all potential customers (locals and tourists) with easy access to product information and producer contacts.
